[Zope] Zope couldn't be seen from outside!

Hi!
I'm new to Zope. I've been working on it for 5 days and set up a web site 
on it. It works well on my machine(I have a static IP but not a domain name 
yet). I visit my web site by typing "http://123.456.789.000:8080/artman", 
it works, how excite!
But today, I visit it from another machine through the internet, it seems 
something wrong with it. My homepage couldn't be found!
why? do you have any idea for it? would you help me?
The configuration in Z2.py is default, my platform is windows 98 se.
