I found it...

This will interest anyone trying to make it run under Windows 2000: You
might need to put msvcr71.dll in your \WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory because
extensions probably were built using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and they look
for that file that contains some necessary libraries (msvcr71.dll is simply
the Visual C++ runtime library)

So, put the extensions at the Python directory and everything works... You
can find that file, for example at:

http://justkez.com/pistos/hydrairc/msvcr71.dll
