[Zope] stupid_log file error

for some reason, zope cannot write to its event log.
maybe permissions, maybe there's no room, I don't know.
Find the file and see if you can figure out why
(for zope < 2.7, this is set with either of the STUPID_LOG_FILE
or EVENT_LOG_FILE environment variable).
