You can do this yourself, at least for the Zope Book.  The online
version of the Zope Book 2.5 edition accepts comments, and REQUEST is
documented in one of its appendixes.  It would be helpful to have this
comment in here so it can be included as "real" text into the 2.6 Zope
Book.

The help system API docs however are currently completely unmaintained
and likely to stay that way for eternity or until someone puts them out
of their misery or signs up to maintain them out of the kindness of
their heart.
