As far as I know there is no universal definition of "integration", 
which is to say that I have no idea what you're asking.

If you're asking whether Zope and iPlanet can run side-by-side 
successfully, the answer is "yes" with a high degree of certainty. In 
fact, I can't think of anything Zope interferes with or which interferes 
with Zope (aside perhaps from library mis-matches, but those can be 
dealt with.)

Can Zope interact with iPlanet? Perhaps: Zope has a number of ways to 
communicate with other programs and servers.

Is Zope a drop-in replacement? Probably not. Can it use your existing 
content? Maybe.

You'll have to be more specific if you want more specific information.
