[Zope] datatype-lines

Hi there,

I want to use "lines(datatype)" for storing more than one userid. and
when a use is logged in I want to check if the userid of the user
logged in to the application is there in the "lines".

Could some one tell me how to enter userids into the "lines" using
python and later check if the userid is existing or not?
