[Zope] odbc da for zope on linux

We're using the 60-day trial of mxODBC
(http://www.egenix.com/files/python/mxODBC-Zope-DA.html) with iODBC
(http://www.iodbc.org/) which is free, and it's working great. I think
it costs $95.00 per Zope instance which is nominal.
