[Zope] prevent printing?

Uh, you can't do this. The best you can do is open up an html page in a new
window without a menu, but someone smart enough is just going to right-click
and print.

You can likely output print-restricted PDF output (voluntarily obeyed by
acrobat reader), but this would likely require you to install Adobe SDKs on
your server, and use html2pdf or similar to render pages into PDF to deliver
them. In other words, there is no easy answer, and even at that, you can't
prevent people from saving those PDFs and emailing them half-way across the
world.

You need to create a custom application that uses time-bombed encryption and
a proprietary viewer of your own devising. The reason most
digital-rights-management applications fail miserably is because you can't
really prevent the copying of bits no matter how hard you try. Sorry.

Does Zope offer a way to prevent people from printing privileged pages that
I want certain people to be able to view but not distribute?

Many thanks.
