[Zope] HOWTO make LDAPAdapter works!

In which versions of Zope and Python and what is needed to make
LDAPAdapter works?

I've tried it with Zope 2.6.1 and Python 2.1 and nothing!

And with Zope 2.3.3 and Python 1.5, and nothing either!

How could i use Zope 2.3.3 with Python 2.1? with that i'd make
LDAPAdapter works?
