Hang on, I need to see if python2.1 can load psycopg properly...  Check
that first, and we can deduce your source of pain from there.

It is soooooooo bad (how bad is it!?) that when someone tells me they
need their Zope accessing PostgreSQL, I suddenly go on vacation.  And
PostgreSQL is my favorite RDBMS, but configuring access to it with Zope
always sets me off in a rampage.

I'll bet it's easier to set up SQL Relay instead.  Argh.
