[Zope] zopectlrc missing

You might get a quicker response by filing a bugreport to the Debian
Zope packagers about this
(http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-zope-developers). 
"zopectlrc" is a Debian-specific extension to Zope.
