2)start-script:
-----------------
#! /bin/sh
. profile
reldir=`dirname $0`
export INSTANCE_HOME=`cd $reldir; pwd`

exec $PYTHON \
     $PYTHONHOME1/z2.py \
     -X -t 10 -u zope -w 4711 -f 4712 -W 4713 -d 0.08.15.77 "$@"

  export PYTHON=/usr/local/bin/python2.2.3
  export PROFILE_PUBLISHR=$PYTHONHOME1/var/profile.log
  export LANG=german
  export ZOPE=/usr/local/opt/Zope
  export STUPID_LOG_FILE=/var/log/zope/stupid1.log
  export ORACLE_HOME=/opt/oracle/OraHome1

3)In the data.fs there aren't any ZCatalogs-Instances in except
  for ZCatalog is subclass from e.g Squishdot and other
  parent-classes

4)Note that the error doesn't occur by initialize
  the Instance_Home products but the PYTHONHOME1 products.

That's quite a big leap, I'm not suprised there are problems...

Can you give the complete traceback again?

What does your start script look like?

Most odd...

Does the Data.fs have any ZCatalogs in it?
