[Zope] Simple Structured Text

Thanks Dennis, but what do I actually do?  If I create a new file, or 
DTML document, or Page Template and put structured text in it, it just 
comes out rendered as plain text.

I'm guessing I need to give it a particular name, or property, or 
change the MIME type, or some such.  I certainly don't have a 
'Structured Text Document' product or anything similar I can add.

This is Zope 2.7, BTW.
