[Zope] Weird behaviour

I hope someone can help me on this.

I am using zope 2.6.2 on RH8.  I have a small application written in 
DTML on my test server.
When I exported this test.zexp and import into my production server.  It 
was OK before restarting zope.
However, I am unable to  restart zope after this. Could it be that my 
test application is having a different
user folder .

I could not figure how it happen - anyone having similar experience.
