[Zope] Initial setup

I just tried running the user setup program again  and get the following 
error:-


Username: zope
Password:
Verify password:

Please choose a format from:

SHA - SHA-1 hashed password (default)
CRYPT - UNIX-style crypt password
CLEARTEXT - no protection

Encoding: sha

AttributeError: 'string' object has no attribute 'upper'



Anyone know what's wrong?
