[Zope] How do you start and stop zope in windows

The Plone XController has a wrapper so that if its not running as a 
service its run as an icon in the taskbar and has a stop option that 
performs a shutdown. I've never tried it with straight Zope but it could 
be possible.

By the way I've never had any problems with corrupted Zope or ZODB by 
killing the DOS prompt, so long as this isnt a production life or death 
box, dont worry about it ;)
