[Zope] LocalFS 1.2-andreas released

I read about a LocalFS patch by SmileyChris on Zope.org.
Unfortunately I got a AttributeError when I tried to contact the author 
of this patch.

I had to do  some patches too to get it working with Zope2.7.0 and with 
my product PloneLocalFS.

Nearly all changes from SmileyChris are applyed to my version. Please 
grep by "Andreas" and "SmileyChris" in my sources to see what was done.
