[Zope] multiple zopes

If you want them to be independant (if one hangs the other will not) the
have to be different installs (unless you use ZEO).

For different installs:
- Put them behind apache
- Have them start up on different ports
- ProxyPass with VHM the requests back to the two different zopes

For sharing, you could use Zope 2.7 and different "instances".

You could also run 2.7 with two different ZODB.

All of this is in theory, as I just run Zope with VHM behind Apache. (I am
old skool)
