[Zope] export problem with 2.7.0

further clarification - the 'Save to file on server' option _is_ working.  
Only the 'Download to local machine' appears broken.  This option only 
exports XML, regardless of whether the 'XML format?' checkbox is checked or 
not.  So, in fact, I have a work-around.
