The plone's One is CMFBoard. I'm using it. It's nice.
Blogging capability is IMHO the lack of Plone (and CPS?).

I personally dont need it, but I found no product to do it.
My solution for blogging is to make I Photo (or an Image) commentable
(people can add comments) . Then you have your blog.
