If the data does not update very often, then you could put in a meta 
tag to make the entire page update automatically:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30; url=webpage_url">

If you want to refresh more often, then you could use some Javascript 
to set up a timer and tell it to reload the image periodically.

To make the information truly live, you would have to resort to 
putting Java (bleah!) on the page to keep an open connection to the 
server.  I really don't recommend that much hassle.
