[Zope3-checkins] Spam filtering on this checkins list

I'm conducting a trial of a simple spam filtering scheme on a few of the
checkins lists. Here's what i posted to zope-checkins - i'm impatient to
see it work, or not, so am expanding the measures to include
zope3-checkins.

According to a bit of empirical computer science (is there really any
other kind?-), it looks like we're in a good situation for filtering spam
on our zope.org checkins and collector lists! According to my tests, we
can use a combination of the header-filter rules and non-subscriber
rejection to admit all checkin notices *and* subscriber postings, and
automatically reject any non-subscriber postings.

I've established that this works on a test list and checkin repository of
my own, and am trying it out on this larger list to see if it generalizes
as i expect. I've set the action to "hold" for items that don't pass
muster, so we won't lose any valid traffic if i'm mistaken. Bear with me
if you get unexpected hold notices on checkins or followups.

If it turns out that it does behave as i expect, i'll post a message to
zope-announce detailing the settings, so other checkin and collector lists
admins can institute it on their lists.
