Oh Stephan,

the translation in the table is " Interface (oder Schnittstelle???)". In the discussion you 
wrote "This is commonly translated as "Schnittstelle", which LE never complained 
about." Then philikon commented: "I would be fine with this, ..."

(Yes, he continued: "...but in my understanding, Schnittstelle is more used in 
hardware terms than in software terms (e.g. "serielle Schnittstelle"). My perception, 
e.g. from the Java world, is that programmers talk about Intefaces when they mean 
language constructs.")

The last statement was from me, and I preferred "Schnittstelle". So  I assume(d) the 
common consensus was/is "Schnittstelle". 

Therefore you can find "Schnittstelle" in my table which I sent to you and Philipp at 
2005-01-03.

Can you please live with this? My opinion: it is the best solution.
