Note that the book has been completely technically and correctionally edited 
now, but I did not have had time yet to merge in the changes. It is also now 
always referring to the release layout of the directories.

I am pretty sure all of those are resolved, but I'll keep your E-mail around; 
just in case.

This is done as mentioned above, just not merged yet.
