I can confirm this. Version ordering is wrong. It appears to
do simple alphabetic sorting of version numbers. This makes
1.10 appear to be an earlier version than 1.3. It also makes
1.1b to be a later version than 1.1 proper.

says that the actual version is 0.9.9
in reality the actual version is 0.20.0
