I only have to change '/Members/rbickers/feedback_form' from:

<dtml-with "REQUEST['AUTHENTICATED_USER'].propertysheets.CommonProperties">

to:

<dtml-with "REQUEST['AUTHENTICATED_USER']">

When I try to submit feedback to some projects, I get a site error.  For example, go to this project:

http://zope.org/Members/rbickers/Photo

then click on "contact me", which is in actual fact,

http://www.zope.org/Members/rbickers/feedback_form?came_from=http://www.zope.org/Members/rbickers/Photo

then fill in the form that is presented and you get:

This site encountered an error trying to fulfill your request. The errors were:

Error Type
AttributeError
Error Value
propertysheets

"""

Basically, I can't submit any project feedback, which is not great given I wanted to give useful feedback to the author of the project used in the example.
