Yep, it's only a CSS issue:
- From: white-space: normal;
- To..: white-space: pre;
Anyway we have a problem here:
a) Using as 'normal' the line breaks are removed
(not good to python code) but all long lines are
also breaked (good for site layout, because the
horizontal scrollbar doesn't appear);
b) Using as 'pre' we have the opposed behavior: python
code looks good but the scrollbar gone wild...
Well, I prefer solve (b) and warn members to break their
long lines... ;-)

So posting e.g. a python code example isn't so good.
Looks like only a stylesheet issue, the html source is nice and readable.
