This seems to have been an issue of the RAM Cache manager not knowing the difference between 'News/index_html' and 'News/index_html?b_start:int=15'.  I've disabled the RAM cache on 'News/index_html' for now.

Left menu click "About Zope"."Zope News"
Now try to use the page navigation at the bottom of the listings.

The b_start:int=xx doesn't seem to work :(

Was going to start using Zope for a project, but worried now as if zope.org is broken what hope do I have ???
