[ZPT] i18n promotes good templating

Just to let you know - while marking the Plone templates for i18n, it made
me refactor all ugly code that did "templating" in python (things like
blah blah element<span tal:replace="plural" />) and coding in tal.

So, remember: i18n is good for your mental health :-)
