[ZPT] Using ZPT i18n outside ZPT?

I use it in a little weblog package I wrote. It Would Be Nice if there
was an "official"ish Standalone ZPT release. As it is, there's a buncha
different packages out there, all including their own copies of mangled
versions of PageTemplates, TAL, and ZTUtils...
