I am not sure what that means exactly, but if it means making
available speakers, and to some extent off-setting their travelling
costs, this *very* interesting.
My former company, Hiperlógica, sponsored Paul Everitt's first trip to
Brazil, and he spoke to an audiece of 900 people at one of the first
big Linux events here, and was interviewed by two major IT
publications. The success of that trip resulted in Paul being invited
to speak at the FISL - International Free Software Forum, the largest
OSS event in Latin America, held yearly since the year 2000. Shane
Hathaway and Alan Runyan have also been speakers at the FISL.
