Hope, soon you add here Hivurt groups

I don't think web ring is good idea. IMHO, it is old school mistakes  
of pre web1.0.

Please check this page http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/UserGroups/ ,  
also add "official" zope/plone groups inside online communities like  
Facebook, Orkut, other. With language code.

May we can add something like that on Zope.org site and make small  
buttons to put on a sites.
