[Zip] ANN: Localizer 0.5.1 released

Hi all,

The most important changes in Localizer 0.5.1 since 0.5.0 are:

  * Several fixes in LocalPropertyManager and LocalContent,

    (The 0.5.0 release was quite buggy, sorry :)

  * A tutorial (localizer_tutorial.zexp) included,

    I hope this will make it easier to understand the Localizer
    "philosophy".
