[Zope-Coders] paging the testing committee

I should also add, that when the blessed testing procedure is decided it 
should go in the Zope Developer's Guide, Chapter 7, "Testing and 
Debugging". I'll be happy to fix the chapter, just let me know when a 
decision is made.
