[Zope-Coders] CVS lock on cvs.zope.org

Let me know.  Maybe martijn (he's on email now that he's back in the
netherlands - no sure how often he'll be reachable, but it's a boon when
he is:-) and/or brian can also clear up locks.

Let me know specifically where the lock is situated.  I don't see a
hanging CVS server process...
