[Zope-Coders] CVS lock on cvs.zope.org

Sorry about the anachronistic response - got disoriented in my inbox, and
discovered this unanswered question.  Was a good idea to post the answer,
a bit silly to not acknowledge (or even recognize) the anachronism.
