[I checked in this change to INSTALL.txt on the trunk:]

I was thinking ahead. Brian has said that the trunk is where Zope 2.7
development should be done. He (or Jim) has also said that Zope 2.7
will support Python 2.2. I was just putting 2+2 together and fixing
the docs. If there are problems with Zope 2.7 (== HEAD) and Python
2.2 that aren't about to be fixed in Python 2.2.2, they should be
fixed before Zope 2.7 is released.

Talk to Fred Drake; I don't even know what those libraries are.
