For me this is the real issue, it's taken an age to get this release out and 
it's starting to hurt Zope IMHO.

Are we at a position yet where people outside of ZC can release an official 
version of Zope?

If not, then why not? ;-)

If we are, then why haven't any of us miserable scumsuckers got off our lazy 
behinds and done so? *grinz*
