[Zope-Moz] Latest builds of Mozilla unable to open ".../manage"

See bugs 42008 and 42782. The former stops mozilla recognising
a webserver that sends 'basic' rather than 'Basic' in the headers,
while the latter appends a NULL to the base64 encoded password it
sends. You _can_ patch around both in Zope, but...
Shaver's attached a patch to the bugreports, but it hasn't gone into
the mainline code yet.
