[Zope-Moz] New developer on the team

Hi all,

Yesterday, I gave Shalabh Chaturvedi checkin rights to the ZopeMozilla tree.
He will be responsible for the Property Editor component of Zope Studio.

To facilitate development communication, we now also have an IRC channel on
irc.mozilla.org, named #ZopeStudio. If you have quick questions, or want to
help out, you can find both Shalabh and me there.
